Sable Runner Orujo ran better than the bookies expected, with the 30 to 1 commodity, running a cheeky second for the Mathrick yard in a BM 78 handicap at Mooney Valley.
Ridden positively from the outset by Chris Caserta, the runner looked poised for an upset in a straight only to be rundown by the recently gelded, Ability, showing plenty of tactical fortitude with Craig Williams aboard.
